Re: Route Menu
Hi Joerg,
It seems we finally are in one page. I have updated my branch at
https://code.launchpad.net/~nik90/unav/marcos-menu-structure with the
following improvements,
1. I have merged the search and history sections.
2. Added "Cancel Route" and "Nearby Destination" to a popup which can be
shown by pressing the destination action header (shown when in active route
mode)
3. Fixed a couple of bugs in my implementation
Please take a look and comment.

This can be easily added to the destination popup. However, let us revisit
this for the next uNav release. Our main priority at the moment is fixing
the menu structure. It is a nifty idea and I like the implementation, but
let's not rush this yet.

Done :)

Not fully clear what you mean by overlay in the page?
@Marcos, personally I would like to add "Favorites" as a section in the
search page. Here is my reasoning for it. The different sections in the
search page (location, history, coordinates) are essentially different
search sources for the user. The user can search for coordinates, location
or look at the history. Similarly the user should be able to *search* his
favorites for location. That would make the UI more coherent. What do you
think? This is the final piece that we are discussion. Everything else is
more or less finalized :)

I would rather prefer it stays the way it is now..
