Re: Route Menu
Hello everyone,
So regarding the cancel button issue, here is a possible idea that came to
mind after talking to Marcos.
1. Lets move the fullscreen button to the settings page since it is not an
action that is used frequently. Also do note that in my user-testing, I was
told the same as well. This would reduce the number of header actions to 4.
2. We can now show the cancel button in the page header during the
navigation mode which would increase the number of header actions to 5
which is okay.
However, please note that the cancel icon needs to be super clear to the
user. Showing a cancel button alone can be potentially confusing. Perhaps
we need to combine the cancel button with the route icon to indicate that
the cancel button is for cancelling the current route. I am sure Marcos has
the imagination to make this new icon possible :)
Cheers,
Nekhelesh
