Re: Purchase test: Good progress

I tested the purchase process again yesterday, with Ubuntu Software
Center 2.1.21 and the production merchant, a company credit card, and my
own debit card.

I will not publish a screencast of this or any future test, for as long
as I need to provide real card details.

The progress we made in just three days is impressive. Eight problems I
found on Monday have been fixed (or, in the case of the three
"terms of service" bugs, made invisible for USC):
1. "Connect to Ubuntu Software Center Store", "Connect to Ubuntu
    Software Center Store", "Ubuntu Software Centre"
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/624097>
2. "Required argument 'password' (pos 2) not found"
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/634465>
3. Misplaced "I agree to the Terms of Service" checkbox label
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/637266>
4.  "www.blah.net Spam Filtering"
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625389>
5. Terms of service "This field is required"
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/637292>
6. Long delay between "Installing purchase..." and progress appearing
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/637377>
7. Missing icon and name for purchase in "In Progress"
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/637394>
8. Missing launch location for purchase when it's finished installing
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/637452>

New problems I encountered yesterday:

1. A new error blocking my access to "Reinstall Previous Purchases".
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/640431>

2. Clicking "Find out more" at the sign-on screen abandoned me on a
    "What's this?" page.
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/640520>

3. Clicking "Cancel" on the payment screen abandoned me on a "Payment
    initiated" (!) page.
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/641321>

4. "Your payment was unsuccessful ... Reason: FRAUD SUSPICION" lacks
    context-sensitive advice.
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/641332>

5. "Your payment was unsuccessful ... Reason: Duplicate Order" lacks
    context-sensitive advice.
    <http://launchpad.net/bugs/641336>

6. Another, different, crash when trying to use "Reinstall Previous
    Purchases" after the purchase.
