Ubuntu Software Center purchase test: Still not working

Thanks to Tom Haddon for updating sc.staging.ubuntu.com this morning.
I've just retested the purchase process, and made another screencast.

Unfortunately, once again, the purchase process didn't work.
<http://people.canonical.com/~mpt/usc-purchase-2010-08-27.ogv>

Problems:

0:21 The item for purchase has no description, screenshot, version,
      license, or updates information.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625254>

0:29 The purchase process opens in a separate window.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/618817>

0:29 "Connecting to payment service..." is big and clunky.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/622727>

0:30 A Launchpad Login Service page is shown, instead of an Ubuntu
      Single Sign-On page or dialog.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/615342>

0:39 "You have used your Single Sign On ID to access a site which is
      *not* recognised by Launchpad Login Service..."

0:44 "Quantity" and "Total" are shown, when it's impossible to buy more
      than one thing at a time.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625261>

0:44 The payment page layout is wonky.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625274>
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625277>

1:50 The "Terms of Service" open in a tiny window that has the title
      "software-center".
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625385>

2:04 The terms of service window is stuck underneath the payments
      window, and cannot be scrolled or even closed.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625398>

2:14 The supposed terms of service are actually a Web page about
      "www.blah.net Spam Filtering".
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625389>

2:35 If you make an error near the bottom of the payment form, you're
      returned to the top of the form with no visible explanation.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625405>

2:56 The payment confirmation screen refers to my "country code" rather
      than my country.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625415>

3:03 The payment progress is shown in unattractive unstyled unmoving
      HTML, rather than alongside Ubuntu Software Center's progress bar.

3:11 The text says "Launchpad subscription created successfully". Is it
      really necessary to mention Launchpad?

3:12 An authentication alert appears from aptdaemon, with no
      explanation.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625409>

3:19 Authenticating causes Ubuntu Software Center to jump from the
      software item screen to the software listing, making it harder to
      see installation progress.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/625418>

3:31 An error appears, "Failed to download repository information" -
      "W:Failed to fetch
https://private-ppa.launchpad.net/mvo/private-test/ubuntu/maverick/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz
      The requested URL returned error: 401".

3:49 The item state bar says it is "Installing purchased..." [sic]
      when nothing is happening.
      <http://launchpad.net/bugs/622750>

4:01 The item is not installed.
