So far I've discussed buildd capacity with LaMont, but not the question of
armhf bring-up. On the buildd side, Loïc is trying to secure 10 more panda
boards to help cover the needs of armel archive + armel ppas + armhf
archive, but those won't actually be needed until both the daughterboard for
the ppa builders, and the armhf port, are in place.
