Hi,

We have a stakeholders meeting on Thursday next week.

If you have a project that you would like us to consider at that meeting
then please reply to this mail and let us know. You can also take this
time to re-emphasise your priorities if the projects already appear on

  https://wiki.linaro.org/Platform/Infrastructure/CurrentProjects

Your input is vital to make sure that we can address your needs.

As a change for this month we are going to start including items that
will be handled by Canonical IS explicitly in this process. There are
several reasons for this, including the fact that I am the designated
contact point for that, that we need to balance the priorities across
the organisation there as well, and that frequently projects will span
the two teams, so it should be easier for you to just work with us for
any project like that.

This means that if you have projects you want IS to work on, RT tickets
that are important to you and not being looked at, or something that you
want to get some more information on please also reply to this email. I
will be using this information when prioritising tasks with IS.

Of course this doesn't cover smaller things like git account requests or
SSH key updates. Anything like new hardware or new services should
certainly be included. If it would take under 15 minutes to complete
then it doesn't need to be included here and can be directly filed as an
RT, but I'm always happy to help with that, and you can of course err on
the side of asking me.

Thanks,

James
