Agenda for the stakholders call 2011-03-03

Hi,

Apologies for the late sending of this.

The first thing to note is that the call has been moved to my conference
code - 5420037334

Agenda:

  * Review of the progress on current projects
    * OverallStatusReporting - good feedback, and nearing completion for
      this round.
    * OurOwnOffspring - still blocked on deployment by IS. My
understanding is that they have the hardware and are waiting on
      peripherals.
    * PatchTracking - good initial progress. Deployment of progess so
far at patch-tracking.linaro.org in two weeks. Focus for now is on
providing metrics for the next member monthly report.
    * ContinuousIntegration - awaiting a Jenkins instance for
deployment. Cross-builds of gcc running in a testing environment.
    * BuildFailureBugFiling - good progress. Good feedback on initial
prototype from Steve. Second prototype should be ready for testing
in a week, with major features implemented.
    * Android build - good progress. Mirror service is running well, but
needs some more work before we have high usage. Build service is
displaying builds and close to allowing submission of new
      configurations to build.
  * Proposed changes to the queues for the next month
    * We currently have two items in the Next queue (HarwarePacksV2 and
      Gerrit for Android)
    * Most projects are not expected to be completed this month
    * Therefore our proposal is not to add any new projects to the next
      queue at this time.
  * Dropping projects
    * We don't think it is worth keeping MeegoRPMBuilds on the proposed
projects list at this time. If we ever want to do something like
that in the future it can easily be added again.

I would like to discuss in the meeting any suggestions you have for
changes, as well as any projects you might want to drop, as well as any
upcoming requests that you may have.

Thanks,

James
