Thanks for the changes! I assigned the bug you just fixed to you, since
you fixed it. Thanks also for fixing the spelling mistake.

Looks good. I saw you changed the logic a little bit. Actually, thinking
about it, the page up/down keys make way more sense in index mode
now :-)

Sounds great! Key profiles should not be hard to implement (we might
have to compromise on the user interface for selecting them thought).
I meant to ask you: from what I have seen so far, the keyboard branch
looks good, so I guess we could merge it back. However, I wanted to give
you a chance to make any further changes you feel are necessary. Once
done, feel free to propose it for merging and I'll gladly do so.
Meanwhile I will keep testing.
Last important point for 1.3 are the custom key bindings. I think we are
pretty much clear on how to implement them. I guess I should have time
in the next few days to start a branch for it. In any case, I would like
to integrate the current keyboard branch first.
