Done. Page-up and page-down now change pages with effects. Bought myself a
laser pointer, I'll see how easy/difficult it is to navigate JessyInk with
only 2 buttons (page up and page down if I understand).

Thank you very much for trying this. Basically, the latest "keyboard" branch
should behave the same. Version 1.2 of JessyInk doesn't and has the up/down
arrows inverted (this is one of the open bug reports). I believe some
pointers feel like the buttons should be inverted (I'll find the amazon
quote, just a guess)...

Yup, no problems with that. As long as we all think alike and follow the
existing conventions, I'll be happy!

Also:

* I have simplified the index calculation / display and it should be faster
now (no un-necessary redraws of all the slides). Please test (the demo SVG
presentation in the branch uses the new code).
* Another idea: I'll start a wiki page for talking about the
pointers/remotes that work well (or not so well) with JessyInk... could also
have "key profiles" as a drop down menu when we have the custom key
assignment.

Anyway, would appreciate any feedback on the index navigation!

Egor
