Tim, i my machine i have another error. The Zopeskel section in hkcr-dev.cfg
is not defined. Then i removed the line 130 and works.

Install and hkcr workin in my virtualenv.

Your error, i'll investgate. This time i commit my changes in hkcr-dev.cfg
file. Ok?
