Well now.  Isn't that a news flash?

Of course that will solve the problem.  But the issue is that we need to
be able to pull the oshippy source code each time buildout is run.
Because, HKCR will depend on OSHIPpy. 

So, "somewhere" we need to be able to put this in the environment.
Maybe src is not the right place.  

I was hoping that you would investigate this and find out.
