No, it doesn't work the second time.  It "does" pull oshippy the first
run but after that buildout will not complete unless you comment that
out.  Also, there is something wrong with:

 The hkcr declaration returns:
        ====================================================
        ~/HKCR/zinstance$ bin/buildout -c hkcr-dev.cfg
        mr.developer: Queued 'hkcr' for checkout.
        mr.developer: Directory name for existing package 'hkcr'
        differs.
        Expected 'src/hkcr'.
        mr.developer: There have been errors, see messages above.
        ===============================================
        
        
So this requires more knowledge about buildout than I have.  I am
thinking that they both are similar problems. ????
