I've writed a short tutorial on the new way to create database through the web 
interface. It is in doc/creating web db.txt

It works for me (and it's nice!), but please, try it.

You might also try databse templates. Simply put one of Woda samples databases 
in the templates/structures directory. The templates directory should be in 
data dir. See the settings in woda.conf.
