So Simon, how should we put the new guy to work?
 :)

Dedo, I think our 2 key points that we need to work most are

1. Game developer/company relationships.

2. Editorial work.

We need to develop relationships with the companies and devs we have pages
for. Understand their direction, understand where they are going, and what
they are doing, so that we can better categorize, define, and inform on our
pages what those games do. This will require im sure quite a bit of email
work, but Im sure you can do it.

Editorials....keep writing them. :)
