Indeed, but everybody there is in at least one engineering team (e.g.
fabo and dzin on Dev Platform, asac on Android Team and lool on OCTO).
Another team that we might want to ignore is Engineering Resources,
which seems to exist for administrative reasons as well, and for which
all engineering members are already in other teams.
Ignoring certain teams is a trivial change and can be reverted in the
future with no loss of data.
