Summary: We're working with a lot of git repos, but we don't enjoy a
very nice patch review / merging experience. Having a merge/review tool
like gerrit for git.linaro.org repos would help implementing/enforcing
processes to get changes in, reviews, and would keep track of the
reviews for patches we merge in. This is also increasingly important for
Android.

If we are doing something for Android then I think we should at least
see if we can get something that will work for others too.
