The Stakeholder Review meeting is scheduled for Thursday 2011-02-03 at 16:00UTC.

The list of projects may be found at https://wiki.linaro.org/Platform/Infrastructure/CurrentProjects, and is repeated at the end of this email for convenience.

The draft agenda is below (please feel free to add to this):-

1. Review of status of current projects (the status is listed below for convenience).
2. Review of pending projects
3. Prioritisation of projects.
4. Any other business.

Current Project Status:
  TestResultTracking: Ongoing
  ImproveLinaroMediaCreate: This development work has now been completed, and has been migrated into maintenance.
  OverallStatusReporting: This has slipped by 10 days with the changes to the requirements.
  OurOwnOffspring: Boards are being ordered to support this.


Two projects (PatchTracking and ContinuousIntegration) have been moved from the "Next Projects" category to the "Started Projects" - and these will start in the next few days as resources become available.

This has resulted in two new projects being migrated into the "Next Projects" list (HwPacksUpdate and BuildFailureBugFiling).
