Bug description:
One of our sponsor contacts has sent an e-mail requesting the following tools:

 1.       “Guess Concept” for ConceptNet 3.0;
 2.       “Guess Topic” for ConceptNet 3.0;
 3.       Extract new and existing concepts from given text (ConceptNet 2.1 with MontyLingua are not performing well enough);
 4.       “Summarize” for ConceptNet 3.0;
 5.       “Analogy” for given concept.
