  Current behavior: ConceptNet 3.
  Desired behavior: ConceptNet 4.
  
  There's a lot of cleaning up we have to do, and features we need to
  implement, to get to ConceptNet 4. But once we do, we'll be able to
  distribute a less messy version of our corpus and a less messy API than
  we have been so far.
  
  This bug will be expanded in the future to describe things we need to do
- to reach ConceptNet 4, as well as to reach the 3.5 milestone where both
- versions are usable.
