[Bug 335500] Re: PostgreSQL DB should be replacable with SQLite
This is documented now, but the SQLite database we're distributing has

Running a new dump.py that will hopefully get everything.

Status in ConceptNet API: In Progress
Bug description:
Our dependency on PostgreSQL for the ConceptNet database makes it difficult to install ConceptNet in many environments, and unnecessarily complex and time-consuming no matter what.
We should distribute ConceptNet as a SQLite database.
