Enhancement request.

There is no option to download a key pair in Horizon.

Steps to Reproduce the problem
1. Install O~S
2. Login to Horizon.
3. Create a new key pair.

Incorrect behavior
As soon as new key pair is created, it prompts you to download. As such, we don'€™t get the 
direct option to download after key pair creation.

Expected behavior
Download option to be provided after key pair creation.
