Hello,

Brief announcement of the recent changes in our branch
lp:~dmm/wikipbx/wikipbx-dt-dev

- Prevent call interruption when customer makes changes in his gateways.
Also minimize places where SIP profiles restart is required when admin
manage accounts or SIP profiles.
- locked accounts treated as disabled. We don't allow them to login and
use the system.
