Hello,

i'd like to contribute a simple address book app.

The model would be simple:
- name
- surname
- numbers, list divided by commas
- blacklist, a boolean to eventually refuse calls or route them accordingly
- notes, this may be used to store data for other applications, i.e. a 
pin to ask to accept the call or not

Then i will add the ability to export it to vcard format which is the 
format of siemens cordless ip phones i have at work :)

Should i put it under a different app or add it to wikipbxweb?
