You're probably right here. The only thing that looks like something
that account owner might be needing to edit is his domain if it's been
changed, but that's a very rare use case and even here it's better to
let root user do it to avoid confusion.

I suspect that the reason why account is editable to its owner is that
it's always been the case and nobody considered changing this even after
adding multi-tenancy. So unless Traun can think of any reason why
account should be user-editable, we'll only leave account editing in
root user's interface.
