Currently Account admin has rights to change his account properties
(Account->Manage). It includes changing account name, enabling/disabling
account, changing account domain, etc.

Are all these features required for account admin? May be it's better to
leave this functionality for super user only.
What do you think?


E.g. imagine account admin changed account name. Now superuser will have
difficulties with finding this account.

Also account admin has rights to delete his account. It looks like a bug
for me. So I've removed this right from account admin in my branch.
