The package you need is called libhud-qt-qml, and it is available in the 
phablet-team PPA (https://launchpad.net/~phablet-team/+archive/ppa).
Beware that this PPA also contains versions of other packages that might 
break your desktop, so if you enable it to install libhud-qt-qml, make 
sure to disable it afterwards.
