Can you run other applications that import Ubuntu.Components (try e.g. 
the clock application at lp:ubuntu-clock-app)?

Are you running quantal or raring?

Could you please attach/paste the output of the following commands:

    apt-cache policy qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-ui-toolkit-plugin

    dpkg -L qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-ui-toolkit-plugin
