An explicit destructor has been added to the JApplet to close cleanly
the connection with the hub.

Bug description:
Seems that a hub connection hangs (as seen by hub in TOPCAT) when user closes tab with applet page in a browser (latest Firefox). If this is the case, please add the destructor that explicitly disconnects from a hub.
