I tried the following to install Telegram web app,

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:costales/unity-webapps-telegram
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install unity-webapps-telegram

then I got the following error:

telegram/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-i386/Packages  404  Not Found
