hi guys,

now that 0.59 is in qa queue, i would like toshare some ideas on
features and move towards features that could be prepared for 0.6.

The overall design changes are great and are the perfect base for the
ongoing development. I really like what we have achieved. Great!

I had some thoughts on new features that I want to share with you and
hope to get some feedback.

1. of course, vector maps. i do not know if we can make this to 0.6 but
i would like to summarize all the possible solutions with you, so that
we can start working on that. i think marcos has already some ideas.

This of course is a longer way and there are several other things we
could achieve in a short term solution:

2. night view: - include a dark theme and adjust map colors for a night
view.
3. Add niks convergence features and improve them.
4. quick access to pois for active routes.
5. gpx-tracking
6. save favorite routes and recall them.
7. enhance offline tile caching
