To illustrate my comment above run:
$ ./download-latest-test-iso.py -r raring -v desktop -a amd64 -f ubuntu -d -b current
$ ./download-latest-test-iso.py -r raring -v desktop -a amd64 -f ubuntu -d -b 20130321

20130321 will overwrite current
