[Bug 824492] [NEW] Add test case for 'Encrypted Home' for alternate and desktop images

Add a test case for encrypted home to alternate and desktop testing

Bug 820460 should have been detected prior to the milestone.

The singularity of this test is that the default user can not autologin
when his home directory is encrypted.

TEST CASE:
1. Verify that user is created and his home exists
2. Verify access rights on user's home directory
3. Verify that the content of home directory contains only a link to the 'encrypted home' warning message
