I hope each of you will take a few minutes to introduce yourself to the
group :) What made you become an Ubuntu Evangelist? What are your
primary interests? Whatever you feel like sharing with the rest of us is
fine. This will help us get acquainted and understand how we might
collaborate as a team.

I'll start!

I'm Randall. At a discussion I chaired at UDS-R in Copenhagen last
October, it became evident that Ubuntu needed PR and advocacy assistance
from our most passionate community members. The concept for "Ubuntu
Evangelists" was born. Before taking on this project, I have been
involved in local community building activities first in Vancouver and
then globally. I've been the Community Manager for Ubuntu Vancouver
since 2009, and have been enjoying Ubuntu as my primary system since
2006 or so. By day I'm an IT executive, and in my spare time I work on
projects designed to take Ubuntu to new people and places.  What
motivates me? The desire to see Ubuntu with a majority market share in
the next 5 years. We've waited too long for freedom. It's time to make
