Caption on official Ubuntu Video

Hi Jorge,

Don't know if you remember but I asked you the transcript file for the
"What is Mass" and "What is Juju" video at the beginning of the year.

I wanna create a translation for the French community to array with the
barrier of language.

In fact, creating a new video subtitled for that, belong to the past.

Few days ago, Youtube added a new cool option. in fact in your video
manager, now, you can add a caption or transcript file. And it's working
perfectly with an srt file for exemple. I tried with the "What is Maas"
Video.

I uploaded it to my personnal account, not listed it just for test, and
went to the caption manager in the video manager, and added the english
subtitle I made with the trnscript you sent to me....

And TADAAAA The video have a real good english subtitle

But the funniest part of it is that you can request a translation for you
subtitle. you choose the langage you wanna and then you have a choice to
order a translation, or... manage asking for people you know.

In fact is linked to your google translate toolkit account and that really
help to translate the caption.

Now the only thing I don't know yet it's if i share you directly a link you
can go there :

http://translate.google.com/toolkit/workbench?did=0092gq100843ii50xybk&hl=fr

or if we need to manage permission first. So let's try :)

if it works, it could be very great to use this option to add native
langage cation for official Ubuntu video for the all the none english
community and spread Ubuntu

What do you think about it ?

Best Regards
Winael
