I had a funny idea one night to make a module that would allow site
admins to add the countdown banner/image to their site. Most admins
went in and hand modified the theme to make this work.

For our last release, I had little time and integrated this feature
into the theme directly. I decided this time around I should just have
a module for it. I started this little module four days ago and was
surprised at the simplicity of developing a module from scratch.

This little module will sync the available countdown options from
ubuntu.com (when I get the guys to work with me on it). Currently it
just pulls from my own website.

Once the options are pulled, you can go to the administrative section
to select which item is displayed. There is a fairly complete help
section as well. If you choose to set any advanced settings, you can
also add transparency.

As far as I can see, the 6.x version is complete. All that's left now
is to create a 5.x version in addition to this.

I would thoroughly appreciate anyone that wants to help me by testing
