Absolutely - in fact it could be used to create any output format that
you liked.

If you were to provide me with a sample transcript marked up how you'd
like to appear in LaTeX markup then I'd knock out an XSL for you based
on the HTML one.

It may be useful to include a link to the latex on the site if there is
demand. I'm sure it will be discussed.
