[Trafodion-technical-committee] Next milestone: controlling check-ins
Dave,
We should follow the documented release process, which states that we create a proposed-milestone branch (like July 11), and then control what changes go there, and leave master branch with same rules as always.
There is a special gerrit group (Release Managers) that can give +2 review and approve changes on that branch. So we need to decide who will have that permission in gerrit. Let me be first to call "not me".
