Yes, it would be good to get some sort of meeting scheduled, whether it be
in-person, irc, or a mix of the two.  I would offer, however, that it be
open to all potential Texas Team members.  Increased transparency and not
all of us are part of a regional team.  It does make sense, though, that all
regional leads/reps play a large part in the direction of the state team.
