Public bug reported:

Creating a new order with e.g. limit 100, quantity 10, order type market
leads to the info message "Shout mit der id null wurde nicht gefunden"
and a redirect to the shout list view.

This is wrong. Instead the shout create view should be shown again with
an appropriate error message that states that either the limit price
field has to be left empty or the order type field has to be set to
"limit".
