In order for SpeechControl to be fully able to build and generate
acoustic and language models as well as dictionaries, it needs to have
the following components in place:

- An programmatic means of setting attributes for the decoder
- A programmatic means of manipulating and utilizing the decoder
- The acoustic model and language model represented by objects.
- Content used for transcribing
- The session representing the progress into a transcribing.
- Dictionaries
