We have a board member who has reasonably high level contacts with  
ESRI in the US as well - if need be, we may be able to work down that  
path for data for American Samoa. Also, the US military may also have  
some good data available. I've got a CD of Niue data that a US  
military assessment team did in 2001 and left with Niue and SOPAC. It  
might be possible to track some of these down.
