I'm not sure that's where our real focus needs to lie right now.

Pradeeper and Respere already have it running as a hosted service  
currently - that means we don't need to go out and find hosting for  
it. Greater though required as to finding underlying data (e.g. vector/ 
raster) so they we can provide a useful set of baseline data for them  
to operate on top of.
