opps, dup of 629771, this is fixed and updated to launch pad, did change
back to show the sales actions with out a valid id.  so they appear on
the report, but do not stop you from  deleting the sales action

Bug description:
In the Infoportal Sales Portal Activity Summary - Past due Sales actions, when you drill down to the detail, there are a different # than on the summary screen.  Would guess the 2 queries are slightly different.
