Bug description:
On the other menus the first item is Information Portal and the 2nd item is custom queries, change the sales portal menu so it has that same sequence. 

Note, this is in the xml_config/appConfig.xml file.

<MENU_OPTIONS_LIST>, <MENU_OPTIONS_ENABLED_1> and <MENU_OPTIONS_ENABLED_2> 

move Reporting and Custom_queries to the beginning.  should not have to change any of the options enabled list
