Bug description:
In the Infoportal Admin when you go to create a new security profile ( which can then be linked to users) it does not save the security profile/create it.  This is an error in all 3 infoportal (Orderportal, sales portal and rental portal)  You can create a new user, just not a new security profile.  Also tried changing a security profile and that did not work either. Turns out security was not layered correctly into the IPOP.  This applies to Infoportal Order portal - separate bug for the IP Sales portal and Infoportal in Rental Portal - Fixed in IPOP.
