Make quickly more ubuntu distribution agnostic

Hey guys,

Hacking more and more on quickly, I came to this thought: the
description of quickly is very ubuntu-centric and we propably should
do a more upstreamable stuff to be less ubuntu-related. (see
description in http://launchpad.net/quickly and in README file).

Templates are there for making this seperation between the template
and command handler (the "core", that is to say, quickly itself). In
that direction, there is no ubuntu specific stuff in the quickly
package itself but in the ubuntu-project template.

That's the reason why I really think we should make the quickly icon
not linked to ubuntu nor to the description too. For instance, I have
already some planning to do some LaTeX templates one when quickly and
ubuntu-project template will be stable enough!

For that, in addition to removing the ubuntu description in quickly, I
come with one icon for quickly "core" (thanks to my girlfriend)
attached to this email. The current quickly icon can be used for the
ubuntu-project itself (I will have a proposal soon to make it more
complying with the previous one).
For small icons, the second proposal with a "fullfilled Q".
The ultimate seperation will be to make two project: one for quickly
and one for quickly ubuntu-project template (dividing the bzr branch),
but not before 0.2 release. Thoughts?

Notice that we can still refer to the ubuntu-project template as an
example in the quickly description. Just separate the two worlds to
make more people using it and creating templates, even for non
programmatic stuff (corporate documentation template with some
commands to push it to a shared directory for instance).

No related to that, I created a release 0.x where 0.1 is the first
milestone. I named it "the quickly quest". Having a name containing a
name or adjective starting with "qu" for each release can be fun,
isn't?

Didier

PS: of course, the icon is made of real quickly code :)
