I've spend days combing though pygtk docs trying to figure out a couple
of things relevant to building the ubuntu-project template:

1. Should we expose actions/actiongroups, accelgroup, etc...? It seem
hideously complex, and not well supported by Glade, but applications
without accelerators seem really week.

2. For creating controls on the fly, are you supposed to build widgets
in code, or are you supposed to define them in XML? Both seem supported,
but is one recommended over the others, and when?

3. Does anyone know anyone upstream who would be interested in helping
define the "perfect" pygtk template?

Thoughts?
