I just implemented a work around which allows object navigation to work 
properly in Sonar toolbars. For example, with simple review mode 
enabled, from the Track pane, you can go NVDA+numpad8 and then 
NVDA+numpad6 twice to get to the first toolbar. NVDA+numpad2 will take 
you inside it and you can use NVDA+numpad6 to navigate through the 
controls. NVDA+numpadEnter will activate a control. For combo boxes, you 
need to set focus instead of activating, which you can do with 
NVDA+shift+numpadMinus.
