Depends what you mean. It can read tool tips when they appear, but it 
can't initiate an automatic scan, no.

Nope. NVDA's screen scraping can't detect graphics. To be honest, 
advanced screen scraping is low priority for us largely because it 
causes performance and reliability issues. There are often (but not 
always) better ways.

They are all accessible via MSAA in Sonar 8.5. Of course, Cakewalk went 
and broke this completely in Sonar X1.

Not if you're careful. However, you sometimes have to make sacrifices. 
The trick is weighing them and determining which you're willing to make.
