The nwx/mos and nwx/qpf directories of the gpfilter are not showing come of the datra that they should. This is due to a few errors in default gpfilter.rc that has the incorrect names for some of the subdirectories in question. In addition, some files are
should be duplicated in more than one directory (confirmed by looking at the LDM pqact.conf) and therefore we must allow all the rules to see the files in question and not terminate the processing in the first matching rule.
